Hello We came and were seated relatively quickly. We pre ordered but the order was not received and we waited 1 hour for our food.

We celebrated 3 birthdays yesterday and our server, Carlos, was excellent. He was attentive, funny and even had pazookies for each birthday individual. And everyone sang happy birthday! The whole experience was wonderful thanks to Carlos!! 🥳👍🏼👌🏼

Great experience! The food was delicious and service was great! There was a wait but we got right in with our reservation! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

The deep dish pizza is much better than the one at the competition. The place looks old, a little dirty and it had a strange smell.

Honestly, the pizza crust tasted undercooked. Like stale pie crust. Hostess and waitress was lovely.

We had reservations at 415, were not seated until 430. Server did not show until 445. We had to leave at 530 as we had tover cruise reservations. Unfortunately our food had not yet arrived when we had to leave. When the manager cane to speak with us, she was rude and walked away from us. Never Lou’s again!

Fun place for Chicago deep dish pizza. Pretty noisy but that is to be expected. Lots of table turnover so it's easy for your server to lose track of you...it took us awhile to have drinks refreshed etc.

Really love Lou’s pizza! However we were saddled with a waitress that was in no mood to serve us. We had to wait 10 minutes for her to take our order and she didn’t even ask what drinks we wanted first. And then it took more time to bring my drink. She was very short with us when we asked for extra glasses of water. It’s water! She made us feel unwelcome, as if we had done something wrong. Having a bad day? Still put a smile on your face and remember you are representing the company you work for. Our visit left us with a bad impression and a not so enjoyable night.
