Located in the second oldest building in Buffalo Grove at 85 S. My work team needed a lunch out during an annual strategic planning retreat, and Lou Malnati's was the perfect solution. Guests from out of town loved the deep dish, and I was impressed with the quick and responsive service.

The pizza just wasn’t the same as usual. Not as much cheese and not really hot. The manager was very professional. She offered to start over, but we didn’t want to wait. So she reheated it and took off the charge for 1 of our 2 pizzas. Still very disappointing. I had looked forward to my yummy dinner all day and left disappointed.

We usually take out from the Northbrook location but decided to eat in. Pizza was good but not as good as from the Northbrook location. Service was good but not great and the noise level was high.

Everything was fantastic! We were seated in the party room. No one rushed us. Food came just as we had ordered and hot. Service was great!
