Located on the south side of the Brookfield Square Shopping Center, Lou’s is convenient for a break from shopping, post-Brookfield Zoo adventures or heading back from downtown. My boyfriend and I had a lovely Valentine’s Day dinner! Appetizers, pizza, and drinks were great. Overall, service was excellent and May was a wonderful server. We will be back!

Excellent service and my deep dish and Malnati salad was delicious. Wife said the thin crust was okay but did not want the bread on the deep dish.

Our server was great. Our party of two adults and two kids enjoyed playing the games provided on the kids placemats to kill time while waiting for our deep dish pizzas to cook. Overall the pizzas were tasty, but none of us cared for the large chucks of sausage. I will opt not to include that in the future.

Pizza was overpriced but not up to the mark, lasagna was overloaded with tomato sauce and original taste was subsided. Had better expectations.

The calamari was rubber. The food took 40+ minutes to get. Just wasn’t a great experience and not worth it.

It was NYE so we understood it was a busy night and tried to be patient. Our reservation was for 6:30. We sat at 6:42 not a problem. Took 10 mins for our server to come over not a problem. Ordered drinks and food right away per her advice. Took 30 mins to get our first drink. We had to ask 2 different servers to check the bar for us before it came. Then our apps arrived. They were fine. After 57 mins we were told the kitchen was severely behind and it would be another 30/45 mins to get our pizza. We had a party to get to so they asked if we still wanted to wait. We declined. They did comp the drinks and apps we appreciated and we left.

Food was good. Ordered dessert..,one Tiramisu and a free Birthday cookie, and it took a long time to get them.
