Chef Chris Pfeiffer has meticulously crafted a unique 4-course meal, infusing each dish with bourbon and pairing them perfectly with either a bourbon cocktail or pour. Heaven Hill's national brand ambassador, Bernie Lubbers, will provide intimate education over the brands featured on this evening: Larceny, Elijah Craig Small Batch, Pikesville Rye, Heaven Hill BIB 7 Year, and Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel. There were so many workers hustling around and seeming like they enjoyed working there. Great service. Food was wonderful. Will definitely go back.

Amazing food!! Service was quite slow and live music outside was a bit too loud to have a conversation, but will be back to try again and sit inside!

The food was great. Our server was great. Kevin Cummings with the music on the patio was fantastic. The only drawback was they didn’t honor our reservation. We requested first floor as directed on the reservation and were told when we arrived that we could not have a table on the first floor. I’m not sure how that happens. We were somewhat pushed to the patio outside. It’s a good thing the music was so good out there.

Smaller somewhat historic feeling place. The waitress was very helpful and gave us some excellent advice. Food was very good. Overall, great experience!

Food was delicious. Cajun pasta and Mahi Mahi and raw oysters. Old fashioned and Chardonnay. All was yum. Noise level was a bit loud but that’s because there was a singer. Who was very good - Ben Harper type.

The food was delicious. The servers excellent. The atmosphere and seating was perfect. I definitely recommend Lou Lou on Market if you like Cajun and well seasoned food.

I had the airline chicken special and it was delicious! The chicken had the perfect crispy skin, the jalapeño sauce had the perfect heat and the cheesy grits balanced it all out just right!

This experience at Lou Lou's was far worse than previous times. Our server was also the bartender for the entire restaurant. So, he was not as attentive as he should have been. Food that came to the table was wrong. After speaking with the manager, he said the new food would only take the kitchen 7 minutes to prepare. Thirty minutes later the food still had not arrived. The rest of the table had long been finished by then, so we canceled the food order altogether. Management did comp the food from the check, but overall the experience was very disappointing. The food was just average, unlike previous times. Highly disappointed and unlikely to return any time soon.

I sat at the outdoor patio. The ambiance is great but Joe, the magician bartender, made the experience unforgettable. Attentive and entertaining, Joe made the most incredible fresh drinks in front of the group. I will return to Lou Lou on Market the next time that I’m in town. The food was also delicious.
