Food was delicious and server was great, however they have a serious issue with noise. They need to get some acoustic panels to help drown out the sound. You can hear a loud table all the way across the room.

Sitting at the table placed right by the kitchen door was extremely unfortunate for our first visit here. (They should not have a table there.) But even without that noise from the staff (some who yell as loud as the noise from the guests), this place is really, really loud. At times you have to yell to hear one another speaking at the same table. This is likely due to how some tables are elevated over others, brick/stone walls, etc. But in future we’ll likely stick to the Market Street location where the ambience fits the price point.

We were pleased to see the transformation from the former restaurant to Lou Lou! Very nice decor and a fun open atmosphere. The place was rockin’ and the food was coming out quick. We had a very energetic waitress that was very helpful with suggestions on the menu. The portions were hefty and we barely finished most of our meals. I highly recommend the dry rub wings and the hurricanes! We will be going back!!

Service and food were excellent, but the noise level was terrible and overwhelming. Had difficulty talking to and hearing the person across the table from me. They need to add some soft surfaces (on walls/floors/ceilings) to absorb sound.
