I want a nice restaurant in Middletown to succeed. I think this one can. The menu looks good. Just need to brush up the service a little. Our server was nice and generally on top of our beverages, but the arrival of the food was slow. Six of us were crowded into a small booth. The room wasn’t so crowded—I think there was room for us at a larger table. We had a good time. Our Wednesday lunch group gave it a favorable review.

The service was 10/10. We received our food in a timely manner especially with it being busy. Everything was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back.

My friend and I decided to try the lunch menu and we were not disappointed! I got the Cajun Catfish sandwich with a side of cheese grits, and my friend got the Gumbo. We both were impressed with the flavors in both dishes - just a little bit of spice to make it interesting, and large enough portions to have some left over for dinner. Our server, Brittany, was very attentive, and asked us several times if we needed more drinks, ensured that we were happy with our order, and generally made us feel at home. The dining room was pretty full, but it wasn't loud or distracting at all. Folks in Middletown need to make their way to this beautiful new spot for lunch or dinner. We have needed a fun place to eat and visit with friends, and the ambience here is perfect for that.

Outstanding service and food. Timing of service was impeccable. Great experience…we’ll be back many more times as server was very generous with samples of other items.

We wanted to check out the brunch menu that Chef Chris Pfeiffer created. We were not disappointed!! After trying to decide which items to order, we chose the Cajun Omelette and the Hot Brown. Both of the choices were delicious!! Our server was great (sorry, I’ve forgotten her name) and we got our food shortly after we ordered. To be in their first week, they are doing great!!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated . Hostess was very welcoming . Our waiter Connor was very attentive . We ordered the French Quarter wings for appetizer . They can out hot and were very tasty . For entrees our table ordered shrimp and grits , mahi tacos , and a hot brown . We all enjoyed our choices . Manager came by the table twice to see how we were enjoying our lunch .

The food was great, but the atmosphere was not good for catching up with friends, it was so loud everyone’s Apple Watch was going off about the exposure to the noice level. We couldn’t hear each other talk, it was so loud I really wanted to just leave but we stayed. I would only go back there if I could sit outside. It doesn’t matter how “cool” the restaurant is decorated, if the acoustics are that bad it’s a terrible dining experience.
