Reservations are highly encouraged, however we accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Find us at The Manchester Hotel in the Distillery District, with valet services at your convenience. Street and paid parking options are available. All visitors must be 21 or older, with ID verification upon entry. For those with underage guests, please contact our restaurant Granddam.

Reservations are available indoors or outdoors. We'll try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee swapping indoor/outdoor reservations. For groups over 6, please call (859)-785-3906. Our kitchen welcomes you from 4-10PM daily. For cabana rentals, email twetzel@themanchesterky.com.

Every aspect of our request ahead of time for a Cabana to the point-in-time service by our waitress caused everyone to comment on how special the time was.

We had a very good time while at the Lost Palms, the drinks were very good and prompt service. The roof top bar was beautiful and the views were very nice. We ordered couple appetizers that were delicious. Parking was a bit of a downer but to be expected with limited space in the area. we would definitely go back with friends.

Great vibe. Good drinks. Too few food options. The plantain chips were stale, but chips and queso were good. Tacos were just okay - the tortilla were too soft and fell apart. Fish dish was terrible. Service was slow. When entering the hotel, no greeting. When entering Lost Palm, no greeting. Great potential - need to step up the food quality, selections, and more attentive service and you will have a home run.

If I knew before hand that my Martini would not be served in the proper glassware I would not have ordered it.

Nice ambience. Valet parking is mandatory and is $11, but there is a lot across the street where you can pay to self park for about half of that price. Drinks were excellent. I recommend the bartender's choice, where they create a special drink for you, based on what you like. Limited menu, which is small bites. But, we enjoyed what we got. Seating can be awkward. We had a reservation for the outdoor area, and were seated in an area with a low to the ground 2 seater bench, two low to the ground chairs, and a little tiny round table. Not a normal table. If you wear a short dress, and get seated here, you will likely be flashing the people sitting across from you. We will go back, but I might not wear a short dress next time, and will request a normal table when making the reservation.

We planned to sit outside but it was raining. Cocktails were excellent - food was good. Service was average. The music was SO loud - we may have been the wrong demographic for the experience. This felt very much like a night club. The crowd was mostly 20-something women. We preferred the atmosphere of the lobby bar. Overall we loved the hotel.

This is a great tiki bar/south Florida themed bar. The food menu is small, but very good. Warning - NO ONE UNDER 21. My family and I were staying at the hotel and somehow missed that notice. My 15 year old and I were banished down to the Granddam. Which has amazing food.
