Our neighborhood grub club met at Lost Colony on Friday evening for drinks and dinner. Nicole took excellent care of us and we had a splendid meal. The ambiance is tropical and intriguing. You won't be sorry if you choose Lost Colony.

Went with a group everyone enjoyed the experience & said food was good some had drinks which were really good too.

We have not been back for about a year and was looking for a family place to eat brunch/lunch on a Sunday. None of our grown adult kids have been here so we thought it might be a fun place to try with them. We were greeted prompltly and seated indoors as it was too hot to sit outside. We thought it was going to be busier with a crowd after chuch, but it was actually fairly quiet. Chips and salsa plus a bean dip were good. Chips were broken/small pieces except the few large chips on top. Guacamole was good, not table side. Food was not as good as our previous visits. I had the trio taco/enchilada with rice and beans. Cheese sauce seemed like it came from a can vs being homemade. Rice was bland. It seemed like everyone enjoyed their food, no complaints but also no "omg this is so good". Waitress was attentive with one minor mix-up. Atmosphere is great but too hot to sit outside with no misters. Atmosphere A Food B- Service A- Value B (everything seems to be expensive these days) We did not have any alcohol. This place will remain in our rotation but not our go to.

I’m a big fan of lost colony but it was not up to normal high standards. I brought a group of ladies for lunch who had not been there. The restaurant was freezing. The meal took a long time to come to the table considering there were very few patrons. I really want you to succeed and hope things are better for your big weekend crowds!

We had tried Lost Colony in the past and were not impressed. We gave them another try and were once again disappointed. The top shelf margarita were absolutely horrible, not drinkable. Beef fajita’s were average at best. Happy hour guacamole and chips were very good as was our waitress. They need to check out some of their competitors such as Gloria’s, Mi Dia, etc. cocktails and recipes, it’s shame this concept does not have good food.

This restaurant offers an odd experience with an identity crisis. Decor is trendy, but makes no sense for the type of restaurant. Food was subpar. Not impressed and will not be back. This opinion was echoed by our entire party of 6. Unfortunate.
