Service sucked. Food was great. Server was acting like he was on drugs. Forgot our sides, drinks (numerous times), food was cold by the time our sides + butter came out. Restaurant was loud - people were cussing like sailors at the table next to us without any help from management. NOT worth it. Sucks. Came in from Columbus and looking for a good spot to bring executives/clients.

We had an excellent waiter, Corey, who steered is toward delicious selections. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Can't say enough good things about the service. The staff was very accommodating. They coordinated everything with the time we had, and allowed us to get to an evening concert on time. The food was spectacular.

Losanti has never disappointed. I am so happy that the place was busy and thriving even on a Thursday night. I was there for to celebrate a promotion and they helped make it a perfect evening.

Great service and perfectly cooked steaks. The sides and apps were great, too (broccolini, elote, focaccia, and burrata). Wish we had saved room for the butter cake.

service from zoe was absolutely fantastic. she walked us through the menu and helped us choose the right amount of food for two of us so we would have room for dessert. wow. dessert. the butter cake was out of this world. prices matched the quality of the food and overall fine dining experience. we’ll be back.

I really wanted to LOVE this place because I love scratch restaurants. Overall, it was nice, and I would go there again, BUT… It is very very loud. I had to sit next to my guest in order to have a conversation. As the night got later and the restaurant emptied a bit, the noise level was much better. The service was outstanding- all the way around. From the hostess/greeter at the door, to our server, management and another server, everyone was extremely kind and thoughtful. We both had steak, which came out overdone, so that was disappointing. Mine was only slightly overcooked, so I ate it, but my daughter’s had to be sent back. By the time the recook came out, she was ready to go home, so she didn’t even eat it. (And it’s not cheap steak…) The macaroni and cheese was good, but it was extremely oily. You couldn’t take a bite without having a large amount of grease/oil in each bite. BUT the flavor was great, and I LOVE scratch made pastas! Another plus was the roasted garlic served with each of our steaks… The dessert we wanted was no longer offered, and they were out of all of their port wines, so we did not have any dessert. I don’t want to call the meal “mediocre,” because it truly WAS better than that, but I was really disappointed that the steaks were overcooked for the price we paid. I am rooting for this restaurant to succeed, as I think it has a lot of potential.
