Food was pricey but worth it as it was a differentiator compared to other restaurants with similar pricing. Ambiance was excellent, very modern and young. Having visited both Mexico and Japan, definitely felt the food was a strong nod to both cultures, done much better than competitors. Wagyu slices were particularly reminiscent of high quality meat in Japan. Went to celebrate a birthday and staff was very welcoming and gave complimentary slice of cheese cake. Drinks menu was a little limited (didn’t have 2 drinks in stock) but offered alternatives. Really appreciated that the restaurant was dog friendly. Would visit again and get the tasting menu.

Lovely evening at Los Mochis. The food was delicious - ordered too much! The black cod tacos, sea bass ceviche and the guacamole and truffle crispy rice were wonderful.

Excellent food spoiled by the fact the service was really, really poor and they forgot what we ordered and then took ages to bring what they forgot. Grossly understaffed which is a real shame as the food was excellent.

Food and ambiance was great, well presented and interesting blend of mexican and japanese. Service haphazard and slow . Wine list starting at £55 for a restaurant of this level is absolutely laughable and I also noticed the table next to us was also not happy with wine prices
