Booked for a birthday dinner where quite literally nothing went right and can't believe how terrible the overall experience was. Don't get me wrong the food was incredible (not sure worth it for the price point), however besides that nothing was good about htis experience, especially having been to their Notting Hill location, I would never return to this one. Firstly, we were sat 42 mins late of our reservation. Then had the rudest hostess move us from the waiting area in the bar to our table. Secondly, every item that we ordered (bar 2) were incorrect. When ordering another round of drinks they were delivered about 40 mins after ordering AND getting it correct. Thirdly, our tacos were completely forgotten about and then were charged for 2 orders of tacos with a completely wrong bill. Lastly, with this being a birthday dinner I had made that request for the reservation AND called to confirm the reservation a day prior reminded them of the birthday and NOTHING WAS MADE FOR IT TO BE SPECIAL. We weren't even asked if we wanted dessert and granted probably wouldn't have wanted it because we wanted to leave after this very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend going here and as a travel agent and an online food critic I will relay the message to others.

Menu was not clear, felt imposed with recommended number of options to order. Extremely overpriced not value for money at all. Mocktail was filled with ice.

Our dinner at los Mochis was outstanding! Everything - from the view to the excellent service was terrific. Not to mention, the food was delicious. We felt very lucky to have found it. The restaurant is on a rooftop of an office building and can be a little tricky to locate. But once you get there, it’s worth it! Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the financial district in London. We would definitely go back.

Overall amazing place to eat. Nice view and great food. Service was not as good. Our waitress seemed absent minded, confused and not warm. Didn’t seem particularly good at her job, and after taking the payment just turned around and left without goodbye.

Too expensive and overrated. I do understand we are in the city but the portions are so little and very pricey for what they are.

We visited with friends for an evening meal. A little mix up with the reservation, which was quickly sorted. We had a table on the beautiful terrace, nicely heated, and then covered over once there was a little rain. The service was attentive and professional, the food was full of bold, interesting flavours and very filling. We then went to the lounge bar after dinner; great ambience with the dj. The views and decor are quite outstanding and we have already booked a return visit.

Service was ok, we waited quite a while after being seated before we asked for orders to be taken. The first cocktail we had was one with a massive ice block in it, which once removed amounted to a 50ml drink in the glass (for £18 each). Spicy salmon sushi was very tasty, tempura prawn tacos were yummy, chicken teriyaki was mid and a little dry by the end. My friend had octopus teriyaki which she liked, pulled pork tacos which she said were nice too but nothing spectacular. Overall, the food was nice tapas and our second margaritas were a bit more reasonable volume wise. In summary though, to pay £182 for a lunch of tapas and two cocktails each with expected levels of restaurant service, seemed a bit too close to daylight robbery for us. We don’t mind spending on great dining, but we won’t be back just because I think for that price bracket, there are far superior dining experiences in London.
