    The food was amazing but the customer service was really bad. We had to wait 30 minutes to receive our bill after asking for it. We asked for tissue and never got it either. Everytime we look for our waiter he was just speaking to his colleagues and they were just laughing about not looking after the tables at all.

    What a great find in central London. The kitchen is dedicated gluten free so the celiac in our group felt safe eating anything. All of the food was FANTASTIC and inventive! The crispy rice with duck should not be missed. We were sorry the wagyu steak was sold out but we did try the trailer park chicken tacos, chicken teriyaki skewers and highly recommend the miso cod skewers. The maki were very good especially the salmon scallop one. The rooftop view was lovely and service was very friendly. Definitely worth going out of your way for especially if you are celiac.

    Music is too loud so the servers cannot hear what you’ve ordered so all the food that’s brought out is wrong and then you are charged 15% service charge for it lol

    I have to be honest I couldn’t believe the service, the two security guards were so lovely they were so pleasant I’ve never met security who were nice to customers then the lady who took my reservation details was also lovely when I got upstairs a staff member walked me to my table and asked me about my day and was so pleasant our waiter was amazing. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant I would definitely go again. This is the London city branch. Well done guys

    Had a table booked for 4pm and didn’t get seated until 5:15. Extremely poor service for the price you pay. Luckily our waiter saved our experience, didn’t get his name but he was Irish - so thank you to you!!

    Shocking service for the amount of money you’re paying. It’s supposed to be an experience but it was ruined by the slow service and inattentive staff. After our meal we went to have a drink at the bar, one of our drinks arrived and we were waiting at least 15 minutes for the second to be made, bearing in mind it was about 11pm and the bar wasn’t busy. All the staff were bunched up around the bar having discussions while the drink we had been waiting for was ready the whole time and hadn’t been given to us.

    Such good food here, being gluten free it was honestly the best feeling knowing I could have everything. 100% will be going back. We had a brilliant waiter Phillip, who was so attentive, knowledgeable and delightful! Really fantastic service.
