    The hostess was so accommodating of us and our handicapped sister, she got us the perfect table. Then, Scott, our server was just amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. The food was so so great, as usual. We'll be back soon!

    Sunday dinner to celebrate birthday for ‘grandma’. Great table inside for the 5 of us. All the food was delish, plus nice cocktails. Serving staff friendly but professional.

    We sat outside. Beautiful location. Food was so good. Our waiter Long was great. My friend had the breakfast skillet w/scrambled eggs & lots of fresh vegetables & just the right amount of cheese on top. I had the avocado toast w/2 eggs. Avocado toast a little too salty for me but otherwise delicious & so pretty.

    Our bartender Ian was also our server. He was on top of everything. Nice man. The crab cakes and the tuna poke were outstanding.

    Shrimp lettuce wraps were a hit in our group. We loved the server and the patio was a great place for lunch.

    Good solid menu. Food was well made and care was taken with the vegetables that came the the halibut special. Service was attentive and pleasant. Overall what I expected.

    First time here. Location is nice, literally by the side of a park in Los Gatos downtown. Ambience was a bit casual inside, but the bar looks nice. Sat in a booth facing the bar. Service was prompt and friendly, though it, too, felt a bit unpolished. Ordered a couple of cocktails - Frozen in Thyme (expecting a gimlet variant) and a gin / campari one (expecting a negroni variant). Both tasted a bit off-color - they had too much ice and watery juice mixes, so lacked body and flavor, more like diluted lemonades. Appetizers were crab cakes, gazpacho and superfood salad. Crab cakes were ok, but felt a bit dry without any sauce to accompany them. Gazpacho was decent, though a bit too grainy and spicy. Salad was unappealing in presentation and tasted average. Mains were gnocchi and salmon. Gnocchi was substantive and satisfying. But salmon felt a tad on the small side and the crust made it feel a bit "junky". Potato puree had an odd taste and some asparagus were wilted. Dessert was bread pudding, a bit too doughy with too-much caramel. All in all, the meal felt average, drinks were disappointing, flavors were odd, and while service & ambience were good (though casual), overall the experience was not as fine as we were hoping.
