Food was amazing but where we were sitting in the conservatory, I was extremely disappointed. No warm atmosphere whatsoever and it was very noisy . Everthing seemed to echo. Would only book again if we were able to eat in the bar room.

I booked to sit in the bar area but was seated at dining room .. although a lovely room I felt the music to be very dull and not very morning fresh …. My 83 year old mother commented on how boring it was , she said it was like being in an old peoples home … saying that the food was amazing and the staff were very very good …. A pleasing experience ..

Food was good overall but very salty. The service was fine with no problem. The week between courses was also just about Wright.

We found the food really nice, in fact I've never had pork that was tender and tasty. Ham hock terrine with quail eggs excellent Salmon in tempura what a great idea. Rump steak was tender, I had the blueberry tartlet - it made me convert to blueberry. My wife had sorbet, but it was soft on the palette. I would definitely recommend going there for a meal Well done Lordleaze hotel

The food is always good. The table we got in the bar was in the corner with the bench seat. This seating area cuts off some of the amproshere

A great relaxed evening. We were in the bar area with our dog and great food with attentive polite service.
