We ordered the Barrata and it was genuinely bad. My partner and I had been there about a year ago and ordered the same thing, we loved it then, which is why we ordered it again. The amount of bread slices versus the amount of cheese was really disproportionate. We had 3 slices of bread for this massive amount of cheese. The thing that was really off putting was that the dish smelled odd. My guess is that it was either the pickling smell or the smell of the brine the cheese was in. Considering that this starter was only 3 dollars less than one of the entrees it really isn’t worth the money.

Cassie did a great job and seemed to be the only waitress. I thought the restaurant was on a different floor from the breakfast and lunch service. It was adequate, but expected something more comfortable and private.

Upon entrance I was warmly greeted by the hostess. I was seated and told the name of my server, whom shortly came over to greet me. While waiting I had the chance to look over their OVERPRICED menu. When asked about the charcuterie and wine which was mentioned in the Lady’s Night Out we were told they sold out. Lady’s Night was advertised as 5-10pm. I arrived at 6pm none served during my arrival until 7:15pm when we asked. I ordered the cornbread muffins as an appetizer and they tasted like dish detergent. They were removed off my ticket. Server was very apologetic. She was very kind. She made all attempts to make things better. We were escorted to the rooftop lounge for a better experience. Management offered complimentary cocktails which my friend enjoyed. The Latin music on the roof was the best part of the evening. Not a place I would recommend for dining.

The Loom was definitely an experience! My friends and I got the steak burger with fries, and it was just like we asked—well done. It was nice and chewy when you bit into it, and the taste just melted in your mouth. The customer service was great; we felt very welcome, and we will definitely be back again. Everything was just so elegant. 10 out of 10!

We had the pleasure of celebrating our 40th anniversary, and we decided to celebrate at Loom. The Brunch was superb! This was our second visit and no disappointments.
