Went in August 2022 and it was delicious. Back in town and looking forward to eating there again. It was HORRENDOUS. Easily one of the WORST meals I’ve ever had. They were out of the french fries, the filet, the soup of the day, and the sweet potatoes for the sweet potato succotash. My Daughter ordered the rib eye and it was pure fat and grizzle. This was not marbling. You could not even cut through it with a steak knife. The steak burger was made of the same meat like substance and was inedible. The mashed potatoes seemed like instant with extra water. Just a gloppy mess. Everything was overly seasoned with garlic powder. I am not exaggerating. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE RESTAURANT!

The food was so poorly made. The biscuits (bread service which is not free) were so hard and over cooked you could knock them on the table. I like a strong cocktail but these weren’t cocktails, just raw alcohol. This is a restaurant, not a back alley club. I got the salmon and my rice was very underdone and crunchy. My husband got the ribeye which was chewy, not seasoned well and not seared on both sides. We also got the wings as an appetizer and they were soggy. We were the only table in the restaurant so I’m confused why the food was so poor. We will not be back.

I booked a reservation for my husband’s birthday. We had a drink at the bar before going to our seat. My husband is a big bourbon fan and ordered what he thought was a new bourbon but ended up being a scotch. The bartender said he was going to trade it out for us but then came back and said it was against hotel policy. Ok, fine. Not ideal, but our fault so ok. We get to our seats and our waitress was very polite and pleasant. She said happy birthday but that was it. She did nothing at the end of our meal to celebrate his birthday. I was very disappointed. As far as the food, my husband had the porkchop and said it was enjoyable. I had a Caesar salad with salmon that was definitely subpar. The salmon was overcooked and the salad was nothing special. For the price, I expected something much better. The ambiance is similar to a cafe, and definitely not “fine dining” like the prices reflect. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. We definitely won’t be back.

We enjoyed the meal in the casual dressy surroundings. Our server was so nice and even offered to take our dessert to the 6th floor outside bar to finish our evening. Decor was very nice. My husband liked his chicken entree; I really enjoyed my cheesecake!

We were very disappointed in the experience. We have been there before and loved it. They seemed not to have planned for the number of people. They ran out of ham on the buffet, there was no sauce for the salmon that they had on the menu, and it was hard to get help. The mashed potatoes, asparagus and biscuit were good. We just expected more. I hope they can learn from this. Ordering off the menu was not like this at all. So many it was just the buffet that was the challenge.

Easter buffet was a huge disappointment. Staff seemed very discombobulated. Minimal food and several empty serving dishes which took a long time to refill. Had to pull ham off a ham bone with tongs and no fork to stabilize the bone. So awkward. Dessert was an additional charge. Had heard brunch was delicious at Loom but it must be when you can order off the brunch menu (which was not an option on Easter). In light of all this, I have had a delicious dinner at this restaurant.

The host and service was good. The food is typical corporate hotel quality. I ordered the prime cut ribeye for $48 and it was super thin and cooked well done even though I ordered it medium rare. I’m sure they don’t have a real chef it’s just line cooks back there who don’t really care about quality. Also, I seriously doubt the steak was prime cut. It was more like USDA choice in my opinion. Sit at the bar and grab a drink, but I would not ever eat here again.

Server was awful, never offered drinks. Food took 45 minutes to come out. Meals were mixed up. Pasta didn’t have collards included as description stated. This is my second time here, it has not improved. Restaurant was not busy.
