The two-level contemporary glass structure nestled next to Garden house in the heart of the Garden, offers full-service dining, a grab-and-go café, and a flexible space for educational programs, private rentals and special events. Guests dining inside will enjoy commanding views of the Anne Cox Chambers Southern Seasons Garden and Levy Parterre. Longleaf, focusing on seasonal ingredients and technique driven preparations, is an American Brasserie influenced restaurant serving classic French dishes along with seasonally inspired dishes in a relaxed setting. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Enjoyed the caviar, octopus, squid and clam pasta, hazelnut chocolate cake. Everything was deliberate and well executed. Bold flavors and thoughtful presentation. Met the chef and front of house manager…both women are dedicated and gems of the industry. As a retired fine dining chef, this experience was top tier. Will be back with family and friends.

Food was good. Enjoyed the atmosphere and service was good too. Pricey food but paying for conscience of fine dining in the gardens.

Service was horrible. Appetizer was forgotten. Drinks came after we were almost done with dinner. It was our anniversary dinner and it was so disappointing.

I think the lighting should be dimmed, especially so you can see the Christmas lights. It’s a nice restaurant otherwise, just far too bright. Feels like you are in an office.

We had a delightful evening with good friends enjoying Garden Lights, Holiday Nights at the ABG. Longleaf Restaurant is so convenient and the food is consistently good. Our waitress, Maddie, was a delight!

Food was delicious and it’s a beautiful ambience, but the service was quite slow. If they were shorthanded, they should’ve told us just to manage expectations. It was the first night of the holiday lights display, which could’ve played into it. The holiday lights created an extra special Atmosphere.

It took a server about 5-7 min to even acknowledge we were sitting at the table. Our food, including a hamburger and fries for a child, came out cold. A chai latte we ordered tasted like water with barely a hint of any spices or flavor. The salad came without dressing and then it took another 5-10 min to flag down someone to bring a tiny ramekin of dressing. Our server was polite but seen only 3 times…taking the order, bringing the latte, and preemptively bringing the check. Otherwise no one ever came by the table…even other servers. The service and food quality didn’t justify the cost today. We were on the fence after previous experiences, but today was our sign to find other options next time we visit.
