As a frequent customer and someone who works in the service industry, today's experience was disappointing. We waited ten minutes without being greeted, which is tough to experience in a restaurant with only five active tables. When our server finally arrived, there was no apology. Our food took exactly 22 minutes to arrive, which felt excessive for two bowls of udon and considering the small number of tables. Additionally, we didn't receive the usual hand towels for freshening up, which we've had on previous visits. Consistency would be greatly appreciated.

Had a great date night with my hubby! Delicious food and sake, knowledgeable staff and great ambience. Would definitely recommend!!

Our server was absolutely amazing! Attentive but respectful when we were in conversation. Her recommendations were spot on. She was pleasant and funny. We’ve never had a bad experience there, but this one was off the charts.

Very expensive for portion size, no rolls just. Cucumber appetizer was a handful of cucumber with some dressing $7….160 with no alcohol and we all left hungry. Wings were flavourless. It was lunch and we were the only table I guess that says everything you need to know.

Wow. Everything here, from the service to the atmosphere to the food was authentic Japanese and SO good! They were able to make most things gluten free for me. Their sake selection is huge.

We went here for our anniversary last night and everything from the food to the service was absolutely amazing! Isabelle was our server and she was so lovely and well informed about the menu and made some wonderful recommendations! All of the other staff who came over were also so sweet and knowledgeable. Absolutely delicious food and fantastic service! We really want to thank all the staff for making our night so wonderful, it meant a lot to us! We tried the tartare, milk buns, the hand rolls, steak, and both desserts, and everything was made to perfection! The drinks were equally tasty!

One of my favorite go-to restaurants for date night. Beautiful dining room, very cozy. The staff is amazing and the food next level. Have the sando!
