    We're not happy with the service we received from the staff. The waiter was not attentive to the orders we asked.

    Service was poor and long waiting time for drinks and food. Hostess missing for a long time. Not impressed, give a reasonable tips anyway

    DJ was an amazing server!! He filled in last minute after our regular server had a family emergency. He was very attentive and made sure we had plenty of refills on drinks. The restaurant manager assisted in processing our gift e-cards because there was some difficulty with the system . She was very pleasant and we had a complimentary dessert for hubby's birthday. We had a very pleasant evening. Looking forward to returning again in the very near future.

    Been going to lone star since the 80s at original Ottawa location. This bears little resemblance. No atmosphere, server did not greet us, upsized our beers without asking. Most shocking was the amount of meat provided with $115 of fajitas. Spoiler alert - not even enough to feed one person. Truly shocking what has happened to this place. Time to move on. —- update: the restaurant DMed me, promising to “make it right” but did not and now has just ghosted me. Avoid this place!

    Went for wing night. Wings were sub par. Order was mixed up. Most wings lacked flavour. One order was raw.

    The first two things we ordered, the 7 oz steak and the Ribs were not available. My sons burger was delayed as it was taken by another server and he had to wait another 10 min as the rest of us waited for him. We will not be coming again. Too bad, we used to like it there.

    Extremely poor service considering it was Mothers Day. Staff and management seemed overwhelmed and disorganized even though the restaurant was not busy. Took forever for them to find a waitress to serve us. This is the second time we experienced such poor service. Too many other good places to eat so we have taken them off our list of favorites. Too bad!

    Probably our new favorite location, after we had mixed reviews at both the Airport and Brampton location, due to inconsistencies in relation to food quality and service. Service was very good, despite there may be a need for more servers for the higher traffic on weekends! Fajitas were also very good, but there seems to be a lack of protein portions, as there used to be in the past. Still, tasty and the fresh tortillas were excellent! I recommend the Steak and Buffalo Chicken fajitas for those that have not tried them.

    DJ was our server and we cannot say enough great things about him. He was very pleasant to deal with, and went above and beyond our expectations! Give this person a raise!
