    The food seems to have gone down hill. The prices are higher and the food portions are less. The queso dip was really watery so won’t order again Service was just okay. Had to ask for more drinks and didn’t get asked if we needed more shells.

    This particular locations food is never hot, luke warm at best, my steak is never cooked as I ask for it, and service is slow considering its not as busy as other locations I've gone to. It's lone star so it's still decent but disappointing at the same time

    Food was extremely bland tasting. Service was below expectations. Will never eat here again.

    Very kind and helpful staff. They made our experience very pleasant as they were accommodating to our young infant. We enjoyed our Mother's Day meal.

    Service was terrible, never brought plates / cutlery / napkins to the table until we asked, they brought food and we had to ask for the above.

    Food wasn't as good as it use to be. Serving a chicken sandwich with pickle slaw warm is horrible. Was it sitting out all day? The sandwich never said it came with coleslaw , so i was for a side and said coleslaw. They were both extremely warm and not cold. Sandwich was good.
