Thank you for your feedback. We understand that prices within the restaurant industry have risen over the past few years as overall food inflation has continued to rise. We are doing our best to manage all the costs associated with running our business and still provide great value to our guests. We still commit to making over 25 different salsas, spices, sauces, guacamole, queso, rice and beans fresh in-house daily - plus providing complimentary chips and salsa during each visit. There is a cost associated with this and we hope you taste the difference. We do our best to continue to serve great tasting, freshly made tex-mex items and ensure that the value for our customers remains strong. Thanks for your continued support and we hope to see you back in one of our restaurants soon.

Overall good only the concern was a fly and a bee was flying in the restaurant and was not feeling comfortable and feeling scared it would stink my guest...hope this minor issue could have been resolved.... otherwise everything was good and fantastic....hope to visit u guys again....cheers.

This is not the same type of experience that we've always had at the Lone Star in London, Ontario. It was SUPER disappointing. My motto is: "The root of all disappointment is expectation." That was the case here. We had high expectations as we were super excited to be dining at the Lone Star since it had been a while since we were able to because the one in London has closed down. That was our first mistake.

The restaurant wasn’t busy. And the service was slow. Wait staff not so much the kitchen.

Birthday celebration. Good value for the kids menu. Seemed expensive for adults for portion size. Domestic draft beer was 10.00 before tax for a smaller than average glass (18 oz) (was not very cold) Server was awesome. and helped immensely. We had 9 people and all agreed that the side dishes were cold and mains were "ok".

Honestly. Our server was fantastic. Everything else was less than stellar. The food portions are less than half what they used to be for a higher price. The bar took almost half of our visit to get drinks out, even water. 2 people did not receive what they ordered. We used to love dining there but we will not be back.

Our waitress was inattentive. She didn’t visit our table often. We were a party of six with three of us drinking alcohol She only refilled the pops but never asked if we wanted more drinks. She didn’t thank us when we paid. Only asked us if we wanted a copy. It wasn’t very busy so there was no excuse.

Good drinks. Food was terrible! They tried to pass off a New York strip with skirt! Stringy and not edible! Used the same meat for the very small portion of the steak fajitas again you could not chew the meat! Very slow service between drinks and getting our food.

Paying the bill was a chore, machine didn’t work properly. Had to get second machine. Floor manager never asked about anything either.
