   The food is always delicious,and the servers are always so accommodating. The only problem we found is that we were all very cold due to the vents were blowing cold air onus.

   Over the past six months, I’ve visited Lone Star in Milton on three separate occasions, and unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. While the service remains friendly and attentive, with our server being particularly kind (if still a bit new and prone to minor inaccuracies), the overall experience has not improved. The real issue lies with the food. Portion sizes have dwindled, prices have risen, and most concerning, the quality has significantly declined. On each visit, I’ve found the wings to be dry, the chicken rubbery and off-tasting, and the overall meal unsatisfying. It’s become increasingly difficult to overlook these issues, and as a result, we now rarely visit, despite having once been regular patrons. I’m not seeking any discounts or compensation, but rather, hoping for a return to the quality and enjoyment we once experienced. It would be a relief to have a place where we can once again look forward to a meal without disappointment. It was an added disappointment as I brought family out with me to celebrate an important birthday for my husband and no one enjoyed their food.

   It was quiet and still we sat with plates, that we were finished with, on our table for almost an hour. They were understaffed or something, but the experience was not great. There has been a deterioration since we last went.

   Music was WAY TOO LOUD for a date night. People raised there voices louder around me to be heard then you spoke loud also. It was valentines date night. Yes it was busy but the whole thing was a complete turn off.

   Service was good. They did make a couple of errors on the order. Steak was a little over cooked. Same with the desert. Not what we expected.

   After two back to back bad experiences at this location over the past year, we reluctantly went back for my son who wanted to celebrate his birthday at Lone star. Needless to say this experience was exactly what I expected it to be, another negative one. I will say it started out great, the hostess that greeted us was friendly and professional and even made a point of wishing my son a happy birthday as she sat us, this was a nice touch. It was also the only time it was acknowledged during our whole experience, but I guess our server would have to be present and actually come to our table for it to be acknowledged again. Our drinks sat empty, and were refilled only once throughout our whole experience. I had to wait until I asked for a takeout container to have my fajita shells refilled, and forget about the rest of the setup. I even offered to pay. By the end of the meal, all 5 of us had had enough and couldn't wait to leave. We had another super friendly hostess wish us well on the way out, but we won'y be back for a LONG time.

    Steak Fajitas are low quality meat for the last few visits.
