   When we arrived, our reservation had been indicated that it was closed. When we had arrived on time for a reservation of 9ppl. They put us in the back where it was VERY LOUD couldn’t really hear people at the table and beside the washroom. The restaurant ran out of the beef, half our table was going to order this. Then they ordered the chicken in a ancho sauce, but was informed after it arrived that the kitchen ran out of ancho sauce, but didn’t inform the person ordering. All our bills were incorrect many times. They offered us desert for the table which turned out to be churros. We were there celebrating two birthdays and it was a bit of a flop considering our tables spent between $400-500.

   Great restaurant, the service was amazing. I can appreciate the quality of the meals. Overall a good experience for me and my family.

   Walked in for my reservation. Waited over 5 minutes until I decided to walk through and find someone. After being seated we got our apps. At this time I had to ask if they still do chips and salsa. I am use to them bringing them right away not half way through my meal and only when asked for. Then they brought us the wrong chicken for my fajitas. The food was good.

   We went with another couple. Table was ready fairly close to our reservation time. Our server was Buckshot! Absolutely amazing server. Our drinks and table side guac was superb as well as our meal. Will definitely go again

   Reserved approx two weeks in advance for Valentine’s requesting a booth ( senior with back issue) upon arrival was informed that booths were for people with reservations ( obviously which we had) and subsequently given a table/chairs, even though we sat beside a vacant booth for the entirety of our meal time there! My partners food was okay, however the rice included with mine had crushed nacho chips blended in with it… and initially wasn’t sure what I was eating, and horrible tasting. A manager did come to our table and explained the “ chip pieces” we’re supposed to be a garnish on top of the Chimichanga… offered to make a new one in 20 minutes but my partner had finished and due to the disappointment of a special evening we were done. No change for my meal, which wasn’t eaten. Be aware if planning/reserving for a special occasion here, as my reservation was ignored. Overall terrible experience.

   Food was delicious but cold - restaurant was busy so that may have played a part in food temp. Server was very friendly.
