Service was dreadful. Very slow when we arrived. No menus or drinks orders for 15 minutes. No salsa brought to the table. Had to corral two other severs to get drink refills and ask why we didn’t get salsa. Other servers brought our refills and salsa at same time our meals came. Empty glasses and dishes were left on the table long after dinner. Food is excellent. Service always bad. Won’t return to that location.

We enjoyed our meal and the waitress was excellent. We went in for noon and it only appeared to be two people waiting and she didn’t stop. We love the fajitas here!

I wasn't aware they changed the chicken for enchiladas.. no more white meat...it's a processed dark meat with some kind of sauce which was awful!! Apparently you can ask for the white meat. Very very disappointed. First time ever I didn't eat my full meal.

Good food, good service, can’t complain. Went for fajitas and margaritas and can never go wrong at Lone Star.

Food was great. We ordered fajitas and it never fails. Drinks were served promptly. Waited for the fajitas for awhile, but we were not in a hurry. We originally planned on dessert but was too full.

Waitress checked in once for our drinks, once to take food order. She ignored us the rest of the time, I had to go inside (we were on the patio) for a second beer and ketchup. The server who brought our food spilled half of my son’s food on his serving tray, and simply gave him his half empty plate. Horrible

We had a really great server named Yukon, when the food came manager apologized for the wait as there were two large groups in restaurant. It was for a birthday and the birthday person got to wear hat and had servers sing to her along with a delicious apple crumble with ice cream with 4 spoons so we all had a taste. Over all all of us enjoyed the meal, server and birthday celebration. Thank you for making it a memorable experience.
