Waitress was friendly and ambience was great. But the food was pretty horrible. Steak was overcooked (more like well done when I asked for rare), the broccoli was not cooked at all - looked like somebody cut it up and threw it on a plate. Poor presentation - what I would expect for a Denny’s or Smitty’s but not here. I ordered garlic mashed potatoes on the side and it was delivered half hour before the meal even arrived, so the waitress had to return it to the kitchen to keep warm. When it finally came back with the meal, it had already dried and crusted on top. Not sure why they wouldn’t have just given me a fresh order. Overall, a terrible food experience and disappointing for the prices being charged. If it wasn’t for the nice waitress, I would have given 1 star.

Amazing food and service!! Always served with a smile and so accommodating for our family. We have so much fun and the dining experience is always so fantastic!! We love our server Rabbit! The best!

The New York strip that I ordered was about half the size that I expected and it was extremely tough, even difficult to cut. Flavour was OK but difficult to eat. Server was nice, but never came back to ask how the food was.

This is the first time that we have a terrible experience at Lone Star - booked for a retirement dinner for a colleague - of the 4 ppl who had steak, they were all served cold and one severely underdone - when a colleague mentioned his concerns, it was met with complacency Not a great experience at all for a send off

Good Cinco de Mayo vibes, super friendly service as always at this place with solid tex-mex options. Family was stuffed at the end but prices are a bit high for what you get.

We ordered our usual fajitas. However the chicken was cold. We asked for no peppers on the grill; which was not honored. We have been coming to this location for years, this is the first real disappointing experience.

Amazing staff and service. Definitely coming back. The Tacos and fajitas were awesome. And free chips and salsa were great too.
