The waitress was amazing! Unfortunately that’s the best I can say about our experience. Another runner brought out everything for our fajitas but didn’t bring the meat waiting for another 15 to 20 minutes watched another runner bring it out didn’t know what table it went to so took it back into the kitchen. Finally we got our meat. Talked to waitress about seeing the manager but he was so busy trying to straighten things out. The table next to us were told their food went to another table. Our waitress told us we could have 8 free churros they went to the wrong table lol. Ask for more sauce as there was four of us but guess what we never were given more oh maybe it went to the wrong table. We have ate there many times never had an issue. Felt sorry for our waitress and the manager they were trying their best other staff were very confused

This wasn’t our first trip here, and the ambience and service was excellent again. This time we were just 3 people. Our order was steak fajitas, ribs and a bacon burger. The steak was a bit chewy, and the ribs were quite bland and disappointing. The burger was excellent. Pop was flat, but the server happily replaced it. Lonestar is generally more expensive that other local similar eateries so I would hold them to a higher standard, but I don’t feel we received what we paid for. Will we go back? Probably. I will have a burger instead Of ribs :)

Our server was horrible, didn’t ask if we wanted drinks refilled, didn’t check on food, looked like she was half asleep and no effort put forth. Ruined my wife’s birthday dinner!

Our server was really nice and friendly. He gave us time to decide and then checked up on us regularly. He made small talk which is great cause I went with my elderly father (his birthday) and he likes to talk to people. And he let my 2 year old tell him what she wanted for dinner which was so adorable. I had a portable chair for my daughter and the staff was kind enough to let us pick the table. Overall I was really happy with everything. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered a steak and it was better than ones I’ve had at other restaurants. Will definitely come again. My dad who is really picky said that same thing. He wants to come back and try something else. Great work everyone 👏😊

The service was so bad, everyone in our party said they would not go back there, my husband ordered a beer with his meal and she brought it to him when we asked for the bill, one of our guests didn't even get the same wrap that she ordered, food was poor and service the worst I have ever experienced

Citrus was our server, great girl. She was a bit slow at times but we wernt in a rush so it was no problem. Delicious food and great value for the price. We got 3 meals, booze and dessert for $100. Would dine again

Made a reservation as we know it gets busy. We were 15 minutes early which we knew we needed to wait. 10 minutes after our reservation time they still hadn’t seated us but had seated people walking in. I had to go up and ask if our table was going to be ready. Obviously had forgotten us and said our table was ready and seated us then. A server came by and said she would be right with us. 15 minutes later I had to go back to hostess station to ask for a server. When the same server came back she said there had been a mix up and she would be our server. We thought she already was. Our table had a bunch of chicken bones under it, a dirty dish and the table was sticky. Didn’t get addressed until we were eating and someone asked to sweep under our feet. Food came out cold and one order was dropped on the floor and took another 15 minutes to come out. Asked server to bring us cutlery twice and finally got up and got it myself. She brought cutlery 10 minutes later. Food was stone cold by the time we ate. Server didn’t ask about kids dessert and by this point we decided it was just best to leave. Felt like no one cared. Take reviews with a grain of salt but I haven’t over exaggerated. I own a restaurant and was super patient but this was atrocious.
