The burger my daughter ordered was raw in the middle. Not rare. Raw. As in pasty and pink. Even if it was rare, ground beef need to be cooked to medium state at minimum. We didn’t mention this as we had already sent back the other entree. This place has been going down hill for a while. I think it’s hit the bottom. The server was great. Very friendly and attentive. She just wasn’t able to make up for the bad food coming out of the kitchen. This used to be my favourite restaurant. Not anymore. 👎🏻👎🏻

Fajitas were great. They have changed the tortilla chips and salsa. Doesn’t taste as good as it used to.

Me and my girlfriend had a great experience. Our waitress was the bartender and she was amazing. We had a really good time. We closed down the restaurant.

OUr server was great! The food came within a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a steak (top sirloin) but I found it a bit chewy. I had an amazing Margarita cocktail (Sangarita). I would recommend this restaurant for a relaxing and casual dining experience.

1. I recently visited [LoneStar Texas Grill Ancaster and had a mixed experience. 2.The server was really good but lack of staff was unfortunate. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. The food was served promptly, and the portion sizes were generous. 3.However, the food was okay. The service, while friendly, was somewhat slow, particularly during a busy period.” 4.Overall,the restaurant is decent for a casual meal, but there are better options out there. It’s worth a try if you’re in the area.” The manager actually gave us 25% off due to us asking for a staff person to take our order. I passed the discount on to our server.

Our food was delicious and we all enjoyed our drinks as well. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was we were celebrating a very special birthday and none of our servers acknowledged that although I noted it in our reservation.

We've been at this Lonestar location twice and it's become our post-dance recital family dinner spot and we love it! Phoenix is a wonderful server and we're lucky we've had him serve our table the two times we've visited. Thank you for keeping everyone happy - including the children. And a big shout out to this Lonestar location for the bendy drinking straws for kids. What a game changer! My 4 year old always ends up dumping his drink on himself with the regular straight straws. Thank you! (It's the small things). We really enjoyed the table side guacamole. We hope to come back soon and try the churro sundae flight. Thanks for everything!

The food was decent but I found the menu limited. I also found it to be very expensive. $32+ for steak fajitas was ridiculous. For 2 people with 1 grande Margarita and no other alcohol or an actual steak dinner ordered it was over $140 CAD (tip & taxes in). We won’t be back anytime soon 👎🏻
