We were a party of 6 so we understand that it's a bit harder to manage, but our server would take >20 mins to return to our table when we would make a request. It didn't seem that busy at the restaurant. The chef also gave us a hard time with changes that one of my guests wanted to their order. They did comp their meal which was the right and nice thing to do, but the whole situation seemed avoidable. Two of us got the pasta dish and while it had good flavor, both had very soupy/watery sauce. Overall it was a fine experience, but I probably would only return to get drinks/the ambience.

Went for dinner and staffing was light, causing things to move a bit slowly. Shortly after we were seated, the owner arrived and immediately attended to our needs. He made recommendations for appetizers that were new to the menu, offered us a complimentary glass of pinot noir, and made sure our experience was wonderful which it was. Thanks.

I love this place. Amazing food, the service is great! The signature cocktail is light and fresh and looks beautiful! Will be coming back for sure <3

Lone Owl was very accommodating to our party of 6. We had a large booth that worked well for us. The food and drinks were really good, as everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The burgers were made perfectly and the salmon gnocchi was delicious. We ordered the Parmesan wings as an appetizer. They were a little too “wet” for some, but the flavor was good. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely visit again when n the area.

Lots of potential with an interesting menu and a good atmosphere. But the night we there service was clearly understaffed leading to a pretty poor experience overall (missing drink order, cold food, etc).

The waitress got my order wrong on several points. I asked for barbecue chicken she gave me buffalo I asked for straw she never bought it to me. I had to have someone else bring me my straw. I asked for larger glass. She bought me one just a little bit larger than the one I had before, just overall terrible service

Went here for NYE dinner. Food and drinks are sub par and so overpriced. The server never refilled our water, they were playing crappy 2000’s music, and overcharged us for items. Don’t recommend.

The owner is very present, meeting and welcoming patrons. This is a perfect place for a new experience. I'm definitely returning.
