Located on Park City’s Lower Main Street, LOMA is a casual, upscale eatery influenced by Italian techniques and cuisine. Housemade pastas, seasonal specialities and wood-fired pizzas and mains are menu standouts. The cuisine leans into freshness, simplicity and quality ingredients through seasonally relevant Italian and Mediterranean dishes.

LOMA is Adam and Meisha Ross’ second restaurant venture joining Twisted Fern under the couple’s ownership and direction. Both restaurants prioritize sustainability through a commitment to local purveyors and conscientious business practices.

The homemade pasta dishes were spectacular. The squid ink fettuccini is a stand out dish, it’s worth visiting for that alone.

I can realistically state that any item on their menu will be fantastic. Every dish we shared was awesome. It was great meeting the owner Adam and the assistant manager Tatiana during our meal. They were interested in our experience and took the time to answer our questions.

We came for brunch as this is a newer restaurant in park city. We were there right when it opened. We ordered the apricot crostini, the breakfast gnocchi and the mushroom pizza. The apricot crostini was very good. Just needed some salt or a salty bit. The gnocchi was amazing. The portion size was great. The problems were: when I got my pizza it had broccoli on it. A lot of broccoli. I was surprised as it was a mushroom and asparagus pizza. I asked about it and the waiter said “this is what you ordered. “ he did take it away and said they would make it the way I wanted. I guess they had changed the brunch menu and gave us an old menu. This place hasn’t been open that long. They showed us the new menu to prove this is what happened. So what? I got the old menu. The old menu was also the one on their website. They brought me the new pizza and well it was messy. Loaded with mushrooms and tiny slivers of asparagus. Like see through slivers. While the crust was tasty, it just was overloaded with mushrooms. So now the service. We were the only people in there for a time so I was worried the servers may be on top of us. Not the case at all. I have never been to any restaurant anywhere in the world where they have never asked if you want another cup of coffee. They never asked. We asked them. I also thought when we asked them about the coffee they would ask if the other drinks needed to be refilled. The servers also seemed to be other places all the time. Just not a great experience. They did comp the pizza which o appreciated as my husband had finished his dish before I saw mine. Will I go back. I will. Just try a pasta instead.

Our host and waiter were so kind and attentive from the moment we arrived.. both very knowledgeable of the menu. Excellent service and the food was wonderful. My friend and I had mimosas and the Turkish breakfast for two. Can’t wait to go back and try more.

Had dinner at Loma for the first time last night, and it was such a nice experience! We went to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday and couldn’t be happier with all of our meals. We tried the squid ink fettuccine, the chicken Milanese, gnocchi and cheese pizza for my daughter ( the pizza dough is outstanding!). We all thoroughly enjoyed our food, and had very good service as well. We tried few desserts as well, and the basil mousse on the strawberry panna cotta was the most unique surprise of the night- delicate and refreshing, it was the perfect combination with the strawberries. Can’t wait to try more !
