   A splurge but worth it. Try the House Pipeline red wine blend--we liked it and it paired well with the entrees. Elk and buffalo are hard to find and both were excellent. We were in the library room because an event was in the main dining room--we missed the views but it was quiet and comfortable. No TVs.

   I have been to Log Haven several times and this was probably my worst experience. Poor service, food was lack luster, it just wasn’t an experience as it usually is and I was disappointed considering it was Easter. Our steak was chewy rather than tender, the lamb was disappointing, it was if I got the leftovers towards the end of the day and we practically had to beg for service. It wasn’t their best day. Would I go back ?? Certainly, it’s hard not too, the ambience is the best part, I’m hoping they just had a bad day!

   Log Haven is a wonderful, lovely place to take family members for holiday meals. I like the food, the service, and the beautiful location.

   First restaurant i have given all 5 stars for all categories. Such a quaint romantic location. The staff are first rate. Tucked in the hills with a beautiful waterfall the scenery, even from inside is spectacular. I have had plenty of Filet Mignons in my lifetime and this was without exception the best i have ever tasted. The food presentation is remarkable. With an artistic flare of you will. The chefs are absolutely among the best. The flair of the crab cakes and the mixed greens has a wonderful combination of flavors that contrasted so well. The waitresses knowledge of their wines was very high level and led to having a wonderful 3 1/2 hour experience

   This was my second time dining at Log Haven and it was just as good as the first time I visited. The cauliflower appetizer was divine and the salmon entree was delicious. The service is impeccable and we got the table that directly faces the waterfall. It was a perfect dining experience and I will be back for a third, fourth and many more visits.

    Elise was absolutely fabulous. We are from New Orleans and I actively seek out the best restaurants in any city. This did not disappoint. I want to come every night during my conference. Food outstanding.
