Had a booking at 7pm for food. Was seated fine however we waited over 25 minutes and no one appeared to take our order. I went to the bar to order only to be told I couldn’t order food as it was too busy. Once I explained we had a table booked, I was told to go back to my table and wait for someone to take our order. I asked if I could atleast order some drinks and was told no, to go back to my table. We waited a further 20 minutes before we were finally served and got our drinks. At this point we had been waiting for around 50 minutes without any food or drinks. Terrible experience and service. Won’t be back for food.

So disappointed with food and service. I had the burger and that was faultless but all the chips were just warm. My friends had the steak but the garlic butter didn’t melt the steak was that cold. The plates were cold and the place for food was empty. I went to the bar and was ignored as the girl was chatting to a boy. I ordered lattes no latte glasses and again it was lukewarm served in a cappuccino cup. I had to clear the plates from the table myself and when I paid for the bill no receipt was offered. Kids without training serving is not good. My friends felt embarrassed to send back and there was no how’s your food question after it was served. I Was angered when I heard 2 of the girls had upset stomachs haven’t heard from the other 2. So not happy and sad I had to put this negative review on.

Staff were lovely, food was really nice, great place to meet with friends will definitely be back.

We had our first visit on Christmas Eve and overall really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we had to wait around 50 minutes for food despite the restaurant being fairly quiet, we assumed this was due to staff being tied up with their Christmas Eve party later that evening. We ordered pizzas, a burger and mac & cheese from the kids menu and the food was great, portions were a good size so overall great value. We played darts after having dinner which was great fun. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to out next visit.

As always a great meal and a great atmosphere. Been coming since it opened. Love it.

We had the 2course deal which was good priced. The soup and bread was lovely the katsu chicken curry was okay slightly overcooked chicken but the sauce was nice could have done with bit more rice. Fish and chips was fine but the macaroni was dry with some overcooked cheese on top. The place was nice but cold the floor was sticky and the banister was also sticky and dirty. Would return again and try some other dishes as this was our first visit but please put the heating on.

All the family have been so decided to go tonight, initially thought the music was too loud but that thought soon left my mind! Seated for dinner in quieter area where we could hear each other, then played pool for few hours. Significant pool competition going on, raffle, good variety of tunes from 90’s to now then a bit of the fabulous gbx! Atmosphere was on point, staff are great & has to be said staff on the floor at all times monitoring & there to assist. So much going on which creates the atmosphere, overall loved it will definitely be back, you guys have smashed it.

The round tables in the searing area (booths) need replaced or fixed they are all unsteady. I was only drinking so not much of a problem but if I was eating I would have needed to move.
