Locanda Locatelli is one of the finest Michelin-starred Italian restaurants in London, owned by Giorgio Locatelli, noted as much for its conviviality as the quality of its food.

Born into a cooking dynasty in Corgeno on the shores of Lake Comabbio in Northern Italy, Giorgio Locatelli is considered by many to be one of the finest Italian chefs in the UK and the world. At Locanda Locatelli, Giorgio serves traditional Italian dishes, emphasising the quality and freshness of the produce as well as adding his own creative touch

We decided to go to Locanda Locatelli for my 70th birthday. We were greeted on arrival and guided to our table. What we liked being italian is that the menu was short and simple with not too many choices . We had starter, pasta, main and dessert. The service was excellent and we were guided thru the menu and with wine selection with respect and courtesy ( by the way the wine list is impressive). Everything was really good (specially the pasta with rabbit...) the only thing we found not right was the apricot souffle that was in itself very very delicate but the coconut icecream covered completely the taste. I have been very happy about the all experience and will definetivley be back. Also we regret that we could not meet Chef Giorgio Locatelli who I admire and like very much. Grazie e arrivederci.

- The Location is easy to reach - The restaurant has a quiet atmosphere and glamorous - Staff are friendly and professional (10/10) - Food - I haven’t really enjoyed the food unfortunately, the starter was OK, nothing to say WOW, the sides were lack of salt and no salt on the table to pour by myself, I had the tagliatelle with ragù di coniglio and olive nere and parmiggiano - I only tasted the parmiggiano. Selezioni di gelati were amazing

An excellent culinary experience. Carpaccio of red prawn was superb but the lemon dole was even more so. Thanknyou for a great fare and sn excellent & attentive service

Our experience was excellent from beginning to end. The Sommelier in particular was so helpful in trying to find a wine to suit our tastes - we only wanted one glass each but something particularly lovely. The food - rabbit ragu and lobster taglitelle were particularly excellent. A wonderful dining experience. The bread basket was exceptional - so many different varieties, all freshly baked and warm. The staff were so helpful with the menu and we made excellent choices. Would recommend! Beware - the portions are large! Go there hungry! Yum!!

The staff were all very attentive and the service was superb. The food was so yummy and the portion sizes were definitely adequate. I wouldn’t mind coming back again when I’m in London

Excellent as usual. Great service. Good food. They even help to divide the food we ordered to share into separate serving plates for easy sharing. We love the bread stick and bread basket.
