    The manager was super attentive! Our food took longer than normal to come out and he came out to speak with us without us even asking.

    This is my third time visiting LBB and service, food and overall experience are always consistent and fantastic. This time around we pre-ordered the seafood tower special that was on offer and were not disappointed. Whatever the occasion, Lobster Burger Bar is always a winner. Following our meal, we returned home to find out that my elderly mother had accidentally left behind an item most important to her in the bathroom - this was 4 hours later and she couldn't even remember when or which bathroom exactly she MAY or MAY NOT have left it in. The team at LBB were so gracious and friendly in trying to help us locate the item - WHICH WE ACTUALLY DID - and were so good at keeping me and my party calm while we tried to solve the situation, even though LBB had no reason to care as it wasn't their fault at all! Their customer service ethos goes above and beyond! I can't recommend this place enough!!

    Food was okay, but service was very poor. No one came to our table until we asked who our server was.

    Our server Amanda was very nice. We did summerlicious here and you get a lot of yummy food. Was definitely worth it!

    The interior was nice and so was the staff. We got the surf and turf platter and really enjoyed it, would come again!

    We had a great experience at Lobster Bar! The lobster was very fresh and the staff were engaging. Managers came to greet us and we very friendly

    My family had a great experience. Our reserved table was ready upon arrival with 2 Children’s settings. The manager introduced himself, was very personable and kind, and definitely elevated our experience. Food was delicious. Favorites include the Classic Lobster Roll, Lobster Chowder, & Crème Brule.
