Le Lobos est un nouveau bar à tapas fascinant qui met l'accent sur des viandes à la découpe de qualité, espagnoles et britanniques. Signifiant « loups » en espagnol, le Lobos propose une carte petite et affutée de tapas traditionnelles et authentiques aux saveurs éclatantes, à base d'ingrédients produits localement et évoluant au fil des saisons. De cette manière, les plats changent fréquemment en fonction de ce que le marché peut offrir. We like thinking out of the plate and that is why we understand what we do in a way that is everything but conventional. We don’t believe in indifference, to be honest, we don’t know how to pronounce it. We rely not on the menu but on tracks of smell, taste and the feeling that comes into play when you let your instincts guide you. Just a matter of attitude.

                                                                            I've been coming here for 4 years, the food has always been great. However lately the quality Vs price has gone down. Changes in the menu that make the portions smaller or less tasty, the octopus that hasn't been cooked well the last 3 times I was there

                                                                            Used to really enjoy coming here and would recommend to everyone but we were quite disappointed with our most recent meal. The only stand out dishes were the Ribeye and black rice paella but other dishes were just OK, uninspiring and very overpriced for the quality. Did not particularly enjoy the aubergine (too bitter) or the Patatas bravas (too soft, underseasoned). The potatoes that accompanied the broken eggs were also too crispy. Will probably not return but the staff were very friendly!

                                                                            It was good. Nothing really to complain about. Only thing is that it’s a bit cramped but that comes with the small restaurant. Good food and decent price for what it is.

                                                                            Great little find! Good food and drinks menu. Food was delicious and we enjoyed drinking cocktails before going to a candlight concert next door at Southwark Cathedral. Staff were very engaging without being overbearing and service was efficient. We will definitely be back.
