    The food was excellent. Lots of it and all very good. It was let down by very average service. We ordered tea that took more than 30 minutes to arrive then despite them advising it was bottomless we were never approached again. I had to draw attention for a waiter to order more. Also we were still eating and chatting and were not the only ones left in the lobby lounge, but the staff started vacuuming around us. Very odd.

    Delicious food, wonderful tea and lovely service. It’s our second time indulging in High Tea at The Westin and it has been wonderful both times.

    The food was tasteless. The service was good even though the staff at first were not familiar with the type of booking. The food was absolutely terrible.

    Lobby lounge was perfect for a pre theatre light meal and wine in a pleasant ambiance. Great service, great food and wine. Good value.

    My club sandwich was more difficult to eat than most. I had to deconstruct it beyond recognition. The chicken filling was tasty. The accompanying ‘salad’ was a small bowl of leaves with insufficient dressing.
