The Hot Brown is sooo worth it. Also had the salad with salmon which was excellent!

We had “the Brown “ and scallops and both dished were excepcional. Our waiter was attentive and the atmosphere breathtaking. The only negative was the display of wall televisions.

We were sat quickly, served quickly, great dinner and drinks, we were able to sit and chat. Lovely evening

Bartender helped my wife understand difference between bourbon and rye. Waiter did a nice job

This was not our best experience at the Brown Hotel. We had to ask for plates for our bread, spoons for our soup, and a knife for my steak. The soup tasted great but we both found many hard pieces of bay leaves in it. When my filet arrived it was barely warm, beyond the medium rare I requested, and over salted. I had requested a Merlot to go with my steak but it never arrived, even after reminding a server that we had ordered it. They did discount our tab because we were “celebrating an anniversary” (not because of the poor service and food issues), but I seriously doubt we will ever go back.

It is a tradition for the 6 of us to come at Christmas time!! We love everything about the Brown. We will see you next year for sure!!

High level of noise and activity in bar area where seated. Unfortunately the service was less timely due to crowded bar the number of people celebrating holidays and Louisville Orchestra at Palace. Entrees were tasty but food was barely warm when served. Difficult to get servers attention.

Great experience during the Christmas season. The Hot Brown was amazing and the brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had. And what an incredible and historic hotel. Loved just sitting and enjoying this space. PS - I love to people watch and have to acknowledge the adorable grandma, daughter, and granddaughter all in matching red pea coats enjoying what looked like a special evening together.
