We were out to dinner for my birthday, what a beautiful setting, the food was delicious and there was live piano music to accompany our dinner. I also got a complementary dessert for my birthday

Really impressed as this was my first visit. Sea bass was phenomenal and service was excellent

We enjoyed an excellent dinner at The Brown! Started with sharing a Hot Brown as an appetizer for 4 people which was perfect! Entrees were excellent as well as dessert. Our server was great!

We sat at the bar to start, as we were early for our reservation. The bar staff was absolutely amazing, and the cocktails were very top notch! When we were seated the same level of service carried through and the food was certainly on point. They had live piano players the entire time, and it set the mood. This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it!

The famous Hot Brown plate is well worth the trip to this historic hotel. Free valet parking for 2 hours. A must-try, uniquely Louisville experience.

Love the atmosphere, graciousness. Food was fair, not great. Cocktails were fabulous! Slow service, looked understaffed. Server did best she could as she was also hostessing. Ridiculous parking not validated. Love the history and tradition, but quite an investment to patronize.

Eating a hot brown from The Brown Hotel was the highlight of my family’s trip to Kentucky! We had a big party of 8 and service was outstanding. The pianist even played my husband’s and my song upon request. Truly a must do if you’re in Louisville!

What a beautiful hotel! Our dining room was private yet comfortable. Our server, Grace, seemed a bit aloof. We loved the piano player in the main dining area. Food was perfect.
