Wonderful experience. We were told we needed to try the Hot Brown. It was phenomenal! And the ambience was worth it as well!

Brian took care of us with the most perfect amount of attention - not too much, not too little. Food was outstanding!!

We waited for the hot brown. When it came out I was told it was extremely hot... It was barely above room temperature. The tomatoes were raw and the sauce had absolutely no flavor. My wife makes a better hot brown. The bartender screwed up my wife's cocktail and it tasted like diesel fuel. The best thing I had was the water they kept re filling. My wife wanted to go there. She's so disappointed that I'll never let anyone believe going to the Brown is a good idea

Food was fabulous but the best part was our amazing service. Matthew (pretty sure that’s his name / he moved here recently because his wife is doing her residency) was insanely awesome. He would banter with us and made the whole experience so wonderful!

Beautiful lobby area! We went here to try the original Hot Brown. Ordered the petite size for a shared appetizer and it was a perfect bite! Two ordered red snapper and found it delicious. One ordered scallops…terrific. Also shared a slice of Derby pie a la mode. Delicious!

We have been there a lot and probably the worst service and food was done wrong. 5 of us waited 40 minutes to get be served 4 hamburgers and a Caesar salad. 1 hamburger was to be medium well and 3 hamburgers medium. All 4 hamburgers well done. The waiter Chris was pushing us to buy the bourbon fries instead of regular fries that come with the meal. So one person said I will take the bourbon fries extra charge. So when we got our meals waiter says they changed the menu bourbon fries is the default fries now. We go oh. My husband tasted one and said because of my stomach I cannot eat these because of the tangy spice. Later on the waiter comes back and says does anyone want regular fries . Never saw him again until the check. It wasn’t crowded. Something was wrong last night.

The food was very good. They put us right next to the kitchen in a completely empty room, which seemed like an odd choice.

The Lobby Bar & Grill was amazing - no one can beat their Hot Brown. The wait staff was wonderful and Brian served us perfectly! Will definitely go back!
