L’Mour aims to take on the wonderful Borough of Barnet and bring a vibrant, exciting experience.
As individuals born and bred in London we fell in love with the community and everything in it.
We wanted to create L’Mour as a place to appreciate the beautiful, authentic, rich flavors and spices of the Indian streets in an alluring lounge setting.

Was a great experience, food was good, service great, really appreciate staff singing happy birthday for my wife’s bday, made it very special for her. Only issue was staff standing looking over, understand they are making sure we are well looked after but when someone’s looking at you whilst your eating it makes awkward especially if the ladies are religious and male staff are watching over. Some privacy some times needed so you can feel comfortable eating taking selfie's etc. My wife was feeling shy taking photos with male staff standing looking over. But staff gave amazing service. I’ll defo be coming back and recommending to friends and family :)

Great service everyone was so happy and the food was also very lovely , staff that served us was honestly so patient and polite

First impression was good, ambience, staff. As for the drinks, the mock tails were enjoyed by my party of attendees, but when I asked for tap water, the waiter said they do “not serve” tap water..!! I had to pay £3.50 for a small bottle of water (which gave me a tumbler-sized glass of water).! That was not good at all.!! As for the food, poor in the variety… most of the non-veg mains had nuts, so one of our party could not eat it.! The other variety was nice enough to eat.. but given the choice, not enough of it… As for the price, was quite dear for the amount that was given in the portion. There was an odd taste in the biriyani, so didn’t really enjoy (and was one of the few options of food available without nuts). As we had leftovers, we decided to take it home and asked for it to be packed…the waiter asked how many take away boxes were required, I started counting how many were needed (I was counting the leftovers), but before I could finish, the waiter kept asking how many, how many.. how many…!! I found that really rude, but said nothing as I didn’t want to spoil my daughter’s evening… it was for her.!! He came back with 3 containers which he gave me, which then I proceeded to empty the leftovers in.!! I didn’t really expect to have to do that for the amount of money I had just spent… £180.!! We paid the bill… did not say anything as it was my daughter’s birthday and her choice of wanting to eat there…

Service was extremely poor. The starters and mains came together so by the time we ate the starters our mains were cold. The meat was very bland. For the prices they are charging you can go somewhere much much better in terms of the quality of the food. Shisha was also flavourless.

Took 30 mins for steak to come out cold and then when we made was rubbery to eat. Poor lighting in the upstairs restaurant area.

I highly recommend the L’mour restaurant for an outstanding dining experience. From the delicious lamb biryani to the impeccable butter chicken and lamb chops, every dish we tried earned a perfect 10/10 rating. The prompt service, beautiful decor, and spacious seating further enhanced our enjoyment. Kudos to the attentive staff and management for their exceptional service. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu. Keep up the great work! Best regards, Zaynah

An awful experience. We went on a Saturday night for my daughters birthday. Although the décor and ambience was really nice it was overtaken by the extremely loud music. It felt like we were dinning in a trashy night club. We could barely speak to each other as the music was so loud and what was meant to be a special dinner was completely ruined. The food was nothing to rave about. The starters (Lamb chops and Samosa chaat) were nice however the chicken steak felt like cheap processed chicken which was covered to make it look nice. We left early as we found the whole experience horrid. The lady at concierge was lovely but the head waiter was not understanding at all. I would not recommend this for a dinning experience

Food was nice, but there was hair in our prawns. Music was way too loud, and we asked for them to reduce the volume 4 or 5 times, so we could have a conversation with each other, but unfortunately they wouldn’t listen. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want a banging headache after

Very nice place and polite staff with great service. Food was served quick and didn’t have to wait long, would say slightly overpriced for the quantity of food given in each portion but overall quality of the meal was really nice
