    Very friendly and attentive staff. The ambience was perfect and the food was outstanding. A little pricey, but the service and food quality made it well worth the cost.

    We have been going to IL Mulino for years and they are generally spot on with everything. This time was a late reservation around 930. Perhaps the reason they were a bit off. Service was not the best which is usually not the case and the foos arrived warm on hot plates. We kind of felt it was laying around a bit. We will be back. Maybe just an off night. I hope!

    Wow, this place is a great date night restaurant option. This time there were three of us for dinner before a show. The food is decadent… Everything we ordered was so delicious! The bronzino, tuna tartar, black truffle mushroom risotto, the Caesar salad, not to mention all the other complimentary offerings were exceptional. This is definitely a special occasion restaurant because it’s a bit pricey. Top notch!

    The only reason this restaurant received a 2 was because the service was outstanding. The food was horrible. Appetizer meatball $32 was a frozen spongelike tasteless meat like meatball. The entrees chicken parm $54 was overcooked and tasted burnt. The special fettuccine and crab, again over $50 was dry and tasteless. The dessert a tartufo, which is only ice cream was also overpriced but at least good. But then how can u mess up ice cream. The wine is was ridiculous. We had a $20 bottle of wine (at any liquor store) that they charged us $95 dollar for and it was the cheapest one in the list. Wines went from $95 - $600 a bottle! The worst meal we had in a long time at it cost $350 for 2 people!!!!! Don’t waste your money!

    We had dinner before a scheduled show. Our reservation was for 4:45 and we were seated promptly upon arrival. The restaurant was not nearly to capacity at that point. By the time we finished, people were waiting to get in. Several “chef’s choices” were given to us once we were seated. We were given a generous piece of gran padama cheese along with fried zucchini chips, fresh bruschetta and choice of bread. I had the halibut special while my husband had veal piccata while we shared a Caesar salad. Everything was outstanding! The food combined with the excellent service and delicious drinks made the evening special. We were also given an aperitif of pineapple grappa gratis to top off the meal. Overall, our experience was stellar. Highly recommend…
