Now Open!!! Under new ownership, local celebrity chef Billy Trudsoe who you saw on Hells Kitchen “battle of the ages,” season 21 on the Fox network has taken over this historic restaurant. You can try Chef’s world famous, “black forest chicken” his signature dish he presented to Gordon Ramsay. Also, his divers scallops which helped seal a big win for the blue team during a challenge. Chef Billy's team has developed an upscale casual dining concept right here, in the heart of Warrensburg , New York. Building his brand “BTrue’s Mad Flava,” our restaurant will offer creative dishes for everyone. Chef Billy is an award-winning chef, that has been cooking up delightful meals for his patrons throughout the Adirondacks for over 25+ years. Born and raised in Chestertown, New York he is overly excited for the opportunity to serve this community. Staff was attentive and very friendly. The owner was in the restaurant, very engaged with customers, and working to ensure everyone had a nice experience. The service and pacing were very good. The food was fresh, very good quality, presented well and prepared properly/to order. The prices were considered high and value could be improved by improving the decor/ambiance, and ensuring the menu options/pricing and a la carte options (especially for appetizers and sides) are positioned comparably to other options in the local market.

What a great gem that just opened here. Passioned chef owner creates simply delicious food. My salad was amazing, so crispy and fresh like it was just picked from the garden, scallops to die for, mushroom ravioli amazing and deserts were also wonderful . Who would know that Warrensburg would have such a Gem and so close to Lake George.

Absolutely loved our dining experience at in the Lake George area! The highlight of our evening was meeting the chef and owner, who was incredibly personable and friendly, making us feel right at home. The wings appetizer was a delicious start, perfectly crispy and flavorful. We were thrilled to try his signature chicken dish from Hell's Kitchen, and it did not disappoint—it was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The ricotta pistachio dessert was an absolute delight—definitely one of the best desserts we've ever had. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this gem for a memorable meal!

We ordered apps and entres. Everything was delicious . We had shrimp cocktail which came with 4 jumbo shrimp, tuna toastinins,--sushi grade tuna, succulent pork ribeye with mashed potatoes and cooked to order beef coulette with chimchurri sauce. The coulette was perfectly rare. Our server was on top of her game. This genm has only been open for 3 weeks and the owner, who spent some time with us, clearly is on the road to success. Lots to choose from- go and enjoy!

We had a wonderful experience at Lizzie Keays! We had a lemon drop martini and moonshine mule cocktails- both delicious! We shared the baked Brie appetizer which and I had the tuna toastini appetizer and the clam chowder for my meal and my husband had the beef dish. Everything was wonderful and the new owner made his rounds greeting every table and he was very nice and personable. I love that he kept the name and the history preserved in the restaurant- we will definitely be back!

As expected from another of B True’s restaurants, the food was incredible. My son said the burger was the best he’s ever had. I thought the flavors on the Brie and chicken sandwich went together perfectly. Another favorite was the vegetable pasta in a Thai chili sauce. I’m definitely getting that next time. We loved seeing Billy Trudsoe working. He’s always so friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for delicious food in the Lake George/Bolton area, this is your place!

What a wonderful experience! Food was fabulous, service was excellent! All six of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the evening. Billy (the owner/chef) came out to our table and introduced himself, he was a real delight. Definitely recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a great evening
