"For the first time in my life, I experienced racism. I have never felt this way before. There was no place for me at the table; I was placed in the farthest corner, where there was no proper lighting or service. I informed the head of staff, but he responded to me with sarcasm. He then sent one of the employees to tell me to wait for a short while, but I ended up waiting for over an hour. I had arrived on time, even 15 minutes early, yet the way I was treated was incredibly disappointing and far below my expectations. They were mocking me in English, and their behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. I truly believe that people should be treated with respect regardless of their appearance, skin color, or religion. I will never return to this place, which I once believed would be one of the most beautiful places I wanted to visit. Unfortunately, this terrible experience has wasted my time and disrupted my schedule. I traveled all the way from Kassel, Germany, expecting to enjoy a wonderful evening, but instead, I was met with such poor treatment. Please make sure to take this matter seriously. I can't even bring myself to say thank you, but I feel compelled to do so, as this is what I’ve been taught by my father and my community in Germany: tolerance and that all people, regardless of their color or religion, should be treated equally. Thank you for this extremely disappointing experience."

The only thing bothering me about the place is that they have cheap materials at least with chairs and lamps and things. If you put a x5 multiplier on the price of a glass of wine, don’t furnish your place with plastic ikea lamps.

The atmosphere, food, and service were good. However, it was unfortunate that we were assigned to the inside of the rooftop despite having the same reservation, so we could not fully enjoy the night view. We asked to be moved to a corner seat, but she said someone else had already made the reservation, so I thought that was why, but why was it empty until we left?

Following our reservation policy, we provide the tables with the most beautiful views to guest's arrival in order. In this case, we always try our best and offer to move to a table with a better view if it becomes vacant. The explanation of the empty table is that our policy states that we have to keep the table for 20 minutes even if the reservation is late, before we can offer it to another guest. Great place with stunning view of the city. Both drinks and food were delicious. Service quick and professional. Highly tecomnended for a special evening.

Arrived for our reservation for our last night in budapest. Reservation made 2 months in advance. Only to be told by staff at the hotel that the bar was closed for a private booking. No communication at all from the bar. Even received an email the day before asking me to confirm the booking, and an email that night saying we hope you enjoyed your visit. Absolutely disrespectful. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

We had a outdoor table booked - hen party. Despite the rain we were sheltered provided with blankets and a fire. The cocktails and food was lovely and the staff were so helpful and friendly! I am returning in December.

Beautiful view of the city, perfect date night spot. We went here on the first night of our honeymoon and had champagne. It was lovely and staff were friendly

Absolutely fantastic views over Danube and that’s the main reason we visited, just disappointed by poor service (other tables provided with complementary peanuts but we had to ask several times before they were provided) , expensive drinks (which we expected anyway) but most of all cleanliness of toilets which was not what we expected from a Marriott hotel venue. In the plus side the hostess helped us to group photograph

The overall experience was fantastic! The view is great and the drinks were excellent! I would recommend you to visit the place around the sunset time so you can enjoy the amazing colors in the sky!
