Our experience was fascinating as usual. Adam, our waiter has exceeded our expectations when he brought out a special cutter and ashtray for the cigars, without having to ask for it. The cocktails were amazing and the staff is incredibly caring, they look out for the smallest details that can improve the stay of the guests. Can only recommend. Thank you Adam for the exceptional service :)

We booked a table and it happened to rain, so they sat us outside next to a small fire and under a umbrella, before even saying hello they said we only had a certain amount of time as someone else had booked outside soon (not many seats outside that were covered) but we was sat there for 20 minutes almost and had nobody else come up to us to ask if we wanted to order anything, the last time we was here too it took us 3 times asking for our bill to get it and pay, even then we had to go inside and ask for it for them to say they couldn’t find our table on the system. Just seems very disorganised from our POV and they only seem to care about bigger groups other than that at-least the view is nice

"For the first time in my life, I experienced racism. I have never felt this way before. There was no place for me at the table; I was placed in the farthest corner, where there was no proper lighting or service. I informed the head of staff, but he responded to me with sarcasm. He then sent one of the employees to tell me to wait for a short while, but I ended up waiting for over an hour. I had arrived on time, even 15 minutes early, yet the way I was treated was incredibly disappointing and far below my expectations. They were mocking me in English, and their behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. I truly believe that people should be treated with respect regardless of their appearance, skin color, or religion. I will never return to this place, which I once believed would be one of the most beautiful places I wanted to visit. Unfortunately, this terrible experience has wasted my time and disrupted my schedule. I traveled all the way from Kassel, Germany, expecting to enjoy a wonderful evening, but instead, I was met with such poor treatment. Please make sure to take this matter seriously. I can't even bring myself to say thank you, but I feel compelled to do so, as this is what I’ve been taught by my father and my community in Germany: tolerance and that all people, regardless of their color or religion, should be treated equally. Thank you for this extremely disappointing experience."

The only thing bothering me about the place is that they have cheap materials at least with chairs and lamps and things. If you put a x5 multiplier on the price of a glass of wine, don’t furnish your place with plastic ikea lamps.

The atmosphere, food, and service were good. However, it was unfortunate that we were assigned to the inside of the rooftop despite having the same reservation, so we could not fully enjoy the night view. We asked to be moved to a corner seat, but she said someone else had already made the reservation, so I thought that was why, but why was it empty until we left?

Great place with stunning view of the city. Both drinks and food were delicious. Service quick and professional. Highly tecomnended for a special evening.

Arrived for our reservation for our last night in budapest. Reservation made 2 months in advance. Only to be told by staff at the hotel that the bar was closed for a private booking. No communication at all from the bar. Even received an email the day before asking me to confirm the booking, and an email that night saying we hope you enjoyed your visit. Absolutely disrespectful. Terrible service. Do not recommend.
