Food was lovley but we got forgotten about after mains which and out deserts came out at separate times sadly.

The whole thing was chaos, we had to book times lots and clearly earlier people hadn't left as we didn't have a table free. The entertainment was 2 dancers we saw twice for 5mins in 2hrs. Apart from singing there was no other entertainment, so to be billed as a festival was incorrect. Very disappointed and for £70 plus drinks was far too expensive.

Turned up on time only to be told they have overbooked and expected us to share a very small pod with complete strangers they offered us a table outside next to the fishing huts behind a screen so we were out of the way and unable to see the entertainment. We managed to secure a refund along with several others and went to jacks for a very nice meal. Please avoid

First impressions poor. Greeted by a young girl in a dress and trainers, not exactly what we were expecting. We had booked our table far in advance, but we're told on arrival that we would be sharing with another 2 diners. Having paid in advance and wanting to have a good time, we decided to stay away. BIG mistake. The bar was chaos and took us 25 mins of standing at the bar to get our drinks. We then queued for 49 mins to get food. There is only 1 buffet station for all those people! Nothing was labelled, so I had no idea what I was choosing. Paper plates and wooden cutlery, too! The only entertainment seemed to be a very loud sound system playing random brit pop mixed with, I guess, traditional Thai music. 2 ladies in traditional dress were wandering around having their photos taken with guests, but that was it! Our table guests were a lovely pair of ladies, but still was not a comfortable meal. We all agreed that we would like to complain to the management, which we did. Summoned by bar staff shouting her name over our heads. We received 50% of the meal cost back in cash. Very secretively, to avoid the attention of other diners. Had we not had anything from the buffet (despite barely eating 1 plates worth between the 4 of us), we would have insisted on 100% refund. We will not be returning.

Liv Pan Asia had a festival day. The buffet food was lovely, queue was ridiculous, it might be useful to consider two separate food serving areas. The drink ordering process was confusing for people, a bit chaotic. They needed a big sign with 'PAY HERE' and 'COLLECT HERE' as they were in completely different places. Not knowing what to expect, we turned up at 12.50 for a 1 o'clock table booking, no-one approached us, eventually I searched out a young lady who seemed a little surprised to see us. It didn't start until 2! Organisation of festival needs a little more fine tuning. A couple we were sat with on the bus, left without even eating, said they were disappointed at the chaos. We would return for a meal, as I said the food was good, but maybe not for the festival.
