East-Meets-West dishes that inspire and evoke a feeling of being welcomed into Chef Vuong's home. Little Sister's menu showcases Chef Tin's take on one of the more interesting and rich collisions of food and culture that was borne out of the European colonization of Southeast Asia.

Dishes blend and balance the spices and flavors of Southeast Asia with French techniques and Dutch and British colonial influences. The menu is continually and progressively evolving, reflecting inspiration and the seasons. Chef Tin curates the restaurant's wine and beverage program with a focus on intriguing labels, both domestically and from around the world.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant! Service was a little slow and waiter seemed fairly new and unsure of certain things, that was very nice! Had the salmon and it was cooked nicely but just kind of a bland flavor in my opinion.

I had high expectations after friends recommended this place. Food took 45 minutes to show up after we ordered and it wasn't great. Noodles were over cooked and lacked flavor. The banh mi and shrimp were legit. The sticky rice was alright, but the pork floss was underwhelming. I'm 50/50 for giving this place another shot.

Tables very close together. bad Lighting too bright overhead Service slow Open table needs to go better job at pricing Entrees $30-$50 not expecting that! Food and drinks way overpriced Food tasted all right Atmosphere was very nice

The food was ok. I do like the ambiance and our server was nice. We wanted to sit outside and the hostess said no because they were fully booked outside but there were a lot of open tables outside when we walked in and left. We were sat in the back corner of the restaurant next to the computers for the servers which was a buzz kill.

My husband I love love love this place. In the 10+ times we have been here our servers have all been excellent. For some reason this guy was argumentative and hostile towards us Very sad. It won’t stop us from coming back. Well just request a different section

This is my 3rd time visiting Little Sister in 3 years. Each time I’ve gone, the service has always extremely slow. I don’t mind if the food is slow or if I can see waiters/waitresses being busy. However, this time I could see my waitress hanging out behind the counter near the front door talking with other waitresses half the night, when we really needed her. It was hard to get anyone to come by our table, despite it being a birthday celebration. I’ve always gone back, because I enjoyed the food. This time, I don’t feel like it’s worth it anymore and I won’t be coming back.

Little Sisters is, simply said, the best darn Viet restaurant in Orange County. Every dish is delightful. This means it takes many trips to try them all..👍👍👍👍👍
