Located in the heart of Cambridge, opposite the Fitzwilliam Museum, this beautiful gastro-pub boasts historical charm and a delicious menu to complement the surroundings. Dating back 500 years, original features including exposed beams and interconnecting dining rooms are still intact and provide a wonderful setting for guests to enjoy.

The menu boasts expertly prepared gastro-pub style food, made using quality-sourced ingredients including steaks from renowned Scottish butcher John Gilmour, alongside a variety of fresh seafood. Plus a fully stocked bar including a carefully curated wine list and a range of seasonal cocktails.

I brought my family for Sunday lunch today to celebrate a birthday and we enjoyed a really super meal. Three of us chose the roast and one had the veggie option - all the food was tasty and served very nicely. The restaurant was buzzing with atmosphere and warm on a chilly afternoon. The service was friendly and efficient. Thank you to all at Little Rose!

Very dog friendly. Fairly limited menu of gluten free options. Medium price. Good position.

This is a really lovely family friendly pub and the staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Would recommend!

A beautiful cozy pub with warm welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very polite, kind and accommodating to our needs. I use a walker, which sometimes I feel gets in the way. The lady that seated us, gave us a table that was by the window and had space for my walker to be out of the way. The food! Oh my gosh, it was delicious. I had the sea bass with new potatoes, it was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. My partner had the double american cheese burger, he said it was one of the best burgers he ever had. We both finished with the sticky toffee pudding with clotted cream icecream, it was so light and the taste was amazing.

Good staff. Very relaxed. Had the curry which was very generous with the seafood and tasty. Good presentation and pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant.

Food came quick but roast dinner disappointing vegetables were cold was given extra gravy and roasted potatos but luke warm at best. Wife had vegan which was OK.

I chose Little Rose because it showed a good choice of vegan meals on the website sample menu. I notified on the booking form that I am vegan. On arrival however I was immediately informed that several of the vegan choices were unavailable, leaving only a choice between 2, neither of which would have been my choice. I was next told that the vegan pudding option was not available. I really wonder if there was actually no intention of serving the meal options as advertised.
