Housed in a shipping container behind Platform Two of the old Folkestone Harbour Station, Little Rock is a spectacular new beachside restaurant just off the boardwalk before the entrance to Folkestone Harbour Arm. Explore the stunning indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Proud to serve fresh, local and seasonal fish and seafood, supplied straight from the day boats operating out of Folkestone Harbour and the surrounding Hythe Bay area.

Little Rock is a short walk away from the large Folkestone Harbour Arm car park. This is on the site of the old harbour port and currently costs £3.40 for up to 2 hours and then £1.70 per hour for up to 8 hours. All day parking (over 8 hours) costs £14. Prices subject to change.

The nearest train station is Folkestone Central. Little Rock is approximately a 25-minute walk following signs for Folkestone Harbour Arm.There is a bus stop at the bottom of the Old High Street serviced by Stagecoach buses 72, 100, 101 and 102. Folkestone’s main bus station is in the centre of town, approximately a 15 minute walk away.

Very Busy, it was Kate Bush day! They had run out of a couple of things, but did not spoil the experience. Will definitely be back

Perfect sunny day for brunch. A short wait for water glasses was generously compensated. Staff were friendly & attentive. Food was delicious- a good start to Sunday. Recommended.

We have eaten at Little Rock several times -- where else can you eat on the beach!!?? However, this time, the food was almost off the scale!! It's always been good, but this time it was exceptional. The fritto misto had that sweetness that we've only had in Venice, and as for the Mojito Cheesecake with Mint Granita, this was simply off the scale, so much so tjhat the adjoining table ordered it and similarly enthused.

The superb location and view; very friendly, helpful and skillful staff; talented chefs and absolutely delicious, fresh food made our lunch experience first-class. Can't wait to return!

Lovely food but a bit pricey. I dont mind paying fair value especially if the cost is provided to the supplier or the staff of the restaurant. In this case around 30% of total cost was for VAT or service. Again I dont mind paying service but as it is just a flat 10% rate it means I am paying service on a pricey fare which inlcudes VAT. Why should I pay a service amount when 20% of what I being offered is given to the government. I dont see why service could not be given to the staff and not just taken at source at a flat rate. If I am given a glass of tap water or a glass of wine, its the same service but as service is charged at a flat % I am being overcharged
