   Needed a restaurant close to the theatre so the location perfect. Set on a beautiful Greenwich Village side street. It was absolutely perfect. We didn't realize there were two parts to the restaurant so were seated in the restaurant part down the street. The food and service excellent and had a lovely upbeat vibe to it. We sat in the table by the window so had a connection to the outside. The server was helpful and upbeat but the food was the star. Sunflower salad and eggplant parmiigiana just divine - baked not fried - the chef's secret. We each had a fish entree - portion size really nice and cooked to perfection bursting with fresh flavors. My friend had the char which she loved especially the preparation of the vegetables with the char and I had the sea bass special which was divine. I didn't want to overeat so decided there was no way I was going to put it in the trash so asked for a takeaway container. Highly recommend and look forward to returning when I am in the Village looking for a restaurant with great ambiance, service and food. Brava Little Owl.

   The food was made well. Vegetarian options are limited. Menu options are also limited. Service was good. Would have been nice to receive bread with meal.

   Brought my wife here for a day after birthday meal. Everything was perfect. Great food, staff, drinks and vibe. Will return.

   Fantastic meal, wonderful experience. Best meal we had in NYC during our visit. Highly recommend!
