Ce charmant restaurant de 28 places situé dans West Village est rapidement devenu l'une des tables les plus convoitées en ville. La cuisine simple et inspirée du chef Joey Campanaro, d'influences américaine et méditerranéenne, l'accueil chaleureux et le service impeccable de l'équipe amicale et professionnelle contribuent à y créer la quintessence de l'expérience gastronomique new-yorkaise, pour les résidents de la Grosse Pomme comme pour les touristes. I made reservations and indicated willingness for bar seating. Little did I know the tiny restaurant had an actual bar that sat 4. I was under the impression that the entire restaurant was "bar seating". They did accommodate us by seating us at a table, with an hour restriction. While the food was delicious, service wonderful, and it has a certain amount of charm...it is very small, and very crowded. Previously, there was outdoor eating, but the waiter told us the city made them remove it, due to the narrow street. I will go back, as I'm pretty captivated by the place...and wish I had a little studio in the neighborhood!

This place has gone waaaaaaaaay downhill over the years. We hadn’t been in years and won’t return ever. Service is sloppy and amateurish, food is very meh, food temperature varied wildly from warm to freezing. The only fish I liked was the side of street corn. The menu is quite schizophrenic and makes little sense. It’s a shame what has happened to what was once a gem and now feels like a tourist trap. Oh well.

Our late lunch was most enjoyable. The meals was delicious. The chicken sandwich was seasoned nicely and the roasted/grill corn was the best I have ever had.

Food was delicious! Nothing bad to say, other than it's a very tiny restaurant and can feel a little claustrophobic at times. Service was great and we both left nothing on the plate.

It’s quaint and well located. The food was very good, the meatballs were fantastic and the eggplant parm and the fish special were solid. The seasonal sangria was refreshing. Normally would drink red wine with a meal but we just couldn’t. The place itself was extremely hot and the tables are tiny, so it was a super uncomfortable meal. Maybe worth a try for a cozy dinner in winter but we won’t be back.
