   Excellent service, quality food well prepared and presented. Prices align with location. Brunch was perfect. Dinner very good. Excellent onion soup lots of cheese, flavorful broth. Excellent steak au poivre, short rib bourguignon rich and generously portioned. Grand marnier souffle a bit sweet but great with an espresso.

   Our waitress was helpful, attentive, and nice. We ordered and split 2 salads, green beans, roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and lardon pieces in an incredible sauce. Everything tasted fantastic, and portion size was enough for 2 people to share.

   This was a mixed night at Little Frenchie. While the decor is very nice, the high ceilings help create a very loud atmosphere. Diners should know that the restaurant does not have a full bar, but their wine list is ample enough and reasonably priced. Service tends to be a bit slow. In fact, we finally decided against dessert when the waiter didn't show up for a long time. The food is a mixed bag. As a starter, I had the pate which was dry and crumbly (generally a sign of being overcooked). My wife had the escargot and they were chewy and quite difficult to get out of the shell. Our mains, on the other hand, were good. I had the scallops that were tender and cooked perfectly. I was a little puzzled by the pomme purée given its beige color, but it tasted good. My wife was also happy with her moules -- cooked just right in a tasty broth. Prices, especially for the appetizers were a bit steep. With a bottle of wine and tip, it was a $300 evening. Net-net, this was a good, not great, visit.

We’re pleased to hear that you and your wife enjoyed your main courses — the scallops and moules are beloved staples of our menu, and we’re glad they hit the mark. That said, we’re truly sorry to hear that other parts of your evening did not meet expectations. Your feedback on the pâté and escargots is taken to heart — these are classic dishes we hold dear, and we will be reviewing preparation and presentation with the kitchen. As for the service, we sincerely regret the delay that led to skipping dessert — a missed opportunity to end on a sweet note, indeed. We hope you’ll consider dining with us again, so we may offer you the full French experience — attentive service, refined flavors, and a more memorable soirée.

   We had a wonderful time at Little Frenchie — our food was excellent, especially the incredible cheese board! And the service was outstanding, especially Katie & Jessica who went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s 14th birthday was extra special!    I had lunch at Little Frenchie recently and had a difficult time finding something on the lunch menu I could eat. (I did not want breakfast.) There was an overabundance of lunch choices containing bacon and ham, plus some beef and shellfish. I cannot eat any of those for ethical reasons and/or food allergies. My friend's choices were also reduced for religious reasons. By default, I chose the Herb Omelet and was disappointed that I had to order a slice of levain sourdough bread separately since it was not included in the $18.99 price. Please consider adding some chicken and fish entrees. They are healthier, too. I will watch the menu on your website. No changes, no return!
